Royal treatment plant

DryingMate´s Royal treatment plant is the result of technical manufacturing and 50 years of experience in the wood industry. The DryingMate Royal treatment plants are as standard equipped with external placed storage tank/tanks. Vertically hinged hydraulic operated flange-clamped door system.

Function

DryingMate Royal treatment plants is designed for, after treatment of traditional water-based pressure treated wood, with hot linseed oil. The new pressure treated wood, is placed directly after pressure treatment into a Royal treatment plant and subjected to a controlled combination of vacuum and temperature for moisture removal, which is introduced from the pressure treatment cycle.

Pressure treatment

DryingMate pressure treatment plants is designed for impregnation on water-based wood preservatives according to the full-cell and lowry process.

Vacuum kiln technology

DryingMate’s vacuum kiln technology grade is the result of an intense, innovative, and constant evolution. The DryingMate vacuum kilns are as standard equipped with a cylindrical stainless-steel casing, covered with 150mm insulation and galvanized steel plate. Vertically hinged hydraulic operated flange-clamped door system. Frequency controlled reversible ventilators and stainless-steel heat registers for optimal heat transfer.

Function

DryingMate vacuum kilns is designed for drying of wood under vacuum using super-heated steam, which leaves the process without oxygen and nitrogen that ensure the maintenance of natural colors and without cracks.
